Raphael Rues

Raphael Rues, Founder and Senior Partner of MinimaRisk
Raphael has an heterogeneous background on risk studies and most specifically on forecasting and interpreting weak signals. After his first university diplome (BA in History 1996), he continued with a MSc in Risk Management at Univ. of Leicester 2003. Since 2000 he has extensively worked for reducing risk exposure. Raphael has also a consistent IT Management background, extended to core issues such as IT Service Management (ITIL V2/V3 and ISO 20000 Consultant), Governance (CobiT), Project Management (Prince2), Management of Risks (M_o_R) and, Security (BSI 17799). Since 2005 he is member of the conference committee of “European Conference of Information Warfare and Security”. He is fluent and consult in five languages. In his freetime he lectures at Swiss Business School for topics such as Risk Management, Service Management, Business Contingency and Business Governance and Compliance.

Danijela Dell'Antone

Danijela Dell’Antone, Operations Manager Switzerland
Danijela is responsible for the backoffice operations of MinimaRisk as well as consulting services. She brings to MinimaRisk considerable knowledge in operations, having worked within the aviation industries for various years.

Philippe Mialet

Philippe Mialet, Operations Manager France
Philippe is Director of MinimaRisk operations in France, Benelux, Canada and Sub-Med regions. He is specialized in operational Risk Management within the supply chain and logistics. He has extensive operational knowledge in just-in-time operations as well as operations in African countries. Philippe holds an Bachelor in Engineering from Université de la Sorbonne, Paris.
