01 General Conditions, Terms of Services and Terms of Use

02 Use of MinimaRisk website
You are hereby authorized by MinimaRisk to view, download, copy and print documents and graphics from it subject to the following restrictions and in accordance with any written agreement between you and MinimaRisk:

1) the content of MinimaRisk may be used solely by you for your own personal informational, educational or other non-commercial purposes unless otherwise expressly indicated

MinimaRisk reserves the right to terminate your access to the services described in this section should MinimaRisk in its sole discretion consider your use of this Web site to be inappropriate in any way.

Any MinimaRisk software is licensed exclusively between you and MinimaRisk. Your use of the MinimaRisk software will be subject to the following conditions:

2) you are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use such software subject to the above restrictions;
3) MinimaRisk is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge;
4) such software is subject to all Warranties and Disclaimers as set forth below;
5) except as expressly granted elsewhere, MinimaRisk and its licensors reserve all rights, title and interest in and relating to such software. This section does not apply to any third-party materials available on this Web site.

05 Warranties and Disclaimers
Clients seeking a guarantee against loss or damage should obtain appropriate insurance.
All information, software, products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for use or purpose.
In no event shall MinimaRisk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, this web site, the software services provided on this web site, or any other hyperlinked internal or external web site.
